Australian Crocodile Meat - Price (Contact Crystal Deng)

Description: Bred in the prestine wilds of the Australian outback the Australian crocodile is a porosus species that produces meat with high protein and nutrients along with a gamey taste to satisfy even the fussiest eaters.

Australian crocodiles are bred until they are three years old when there is plenty of meat on the body. The skin is then sold to European fashion houses like Louis Vuitton and Gucci whilst the meat is sold as a carcass weighing an average of 14 kilos and is usually 1.8 metres long.

A 20 foot container can carry 800 crocodile carcasses. Each is packed frozen in a vacuum-sealed translucent bag and comes complete with skin on the foot and the tail tip.

Currently Australian Crocodile meat is sold throughout Japan, Singapore, the United States and within the Australian domestic market.

Australian Crocodile Skin - Price (Contact Sik-on Chow)

Description: Prized by European fashion houses like Louis Vuitton and Gucci, Australian crocodile skin from the porosus species is largely sold to France and Italy.

Its backstraps are used to make leather belts and the skins from the belly and sides are used to make leather handbags and wallets.

Leather is available in raw, crust and tanned.

If the European fashion houses love Australian crocodiles, no doubt so will you.

Australian Goat Meat - Price (Contact Crystal Deng)

Description: 90% of Australian goats are of the Rangeland species, a type of goat that is specifically used for meat purposes. An average goat carcass weighs between 13.5kg and 24kg (not including the head). Carcasses and cut meat come with either skin on or skin off.

Markets where Australian goats are currently exported include the United States, Japan, South
Korea, Vietnam and the Middle East.

a Holothuria scabra and Beche-de-mer species with a beautiful black skin that is widely used
in Chinese cuisines in Southern China.

Available in dry or fresh frozen.

Description: Banana prawns are identified by the famous large red dot on its shell. Their taste is
renowned world wide for its sweetness and they have a remarkably large size.

Australian Camel Meat - Price (Contact David Wu)

Description: Caught from the wild and fattened on farms, the Australian camel is known to produce meat that is low in fat and cholesterol yet high in protein and minerals. As a Camelus dromedarius (dromedary camel) species with one hump, the camel runs daily through the hot Australian desert coping with temperatures up to 48 degrees. Therefore its meat is guaranteed to be lean and healthy with very little fat.

Average weight of a dromedary camel is between 450kg and 550kg. At three years old the camel will be processed, thus ensuring its meat is tender and smooth for eating.

Available as a frozen carcass or as cut meat.
