Australian Crocodile Meat - Price (Contact Crystal Deng)

Description: Bred in the prestine wild of the Australian outback, the Australian crocodile is a porosus species that produces meat with high protein and nutrient, along with a gamey taste that would satisfy any fussy eaters.

The Australian crocodile is bred until they are three years old where there is plenty of meat on the body. The skin is then sold to European fashion houses like Louis Vuitton and Gucci and the meat is sold as a carcass weighing an average of 14 kg and 1.8 metres long.

A 20 foot container can carry 800 crocodile carcasses. Each packed frozen in a vacuum translucent bag and complete with skin on the foot and skin on the tail tip.

Currently Australian Crocodile meat are sold throughout Japan, Singapore United States and within the Australian domestic market.

Australian Crocodile Skin - Price (Contact Sik-on Chow)

Description: Prized by European fashion houses like Louis Vuitton and Gucci, Australian crocodile skin from the porosus species are largely sold to the France and Italy.

Its backstraps are used to make leather belts and the skins from the belly and sides are used to make leather handbags and wallets.

Leather are available in raw, crust and tanned.

If the European fashion houses love Australian crocodiles, no doubt so would you.

Description: 90% of Australian goats are of the Rangeland specie, a type of goat that specifically is used for meat purposes. An average goat carcass weigh between 13.5kg to 24kg (not including the head). Carcass or cut meat can have skin on or skin off.

Markets where Australian goats are currently exported includes the United States, Japan, South
Korea, Vietnam and Middle East.

Australian Camel Meat - Price (Contact David Wu)

Description: Caught from the wild and fatten on farms, the Australian camel is known to produce meat that is low in fat and cholesterol, yet high in protein and minerals. As a Camelus dromedarius (dromedary camel) specie with one hump, the camel runs daily on the hot Australian desert with temperatures up to 48 degrees, where its meat are guaranteed to be lean and healthy with very little fat.

Average weight of an dromedary camel is between 450 – 550 kgs. At three years old, the camel will be processed, thus ensuring its meat is tender and smooth for eating.
